Hi, I’m Gianna, a registered nurse with experience helping patients and families understand complex medical information and care.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nursing and have experience working in high-acuity settings, including the ICU.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how often people leave appointments feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure about what their diagnosis or treatment actually means.

This became especially personal for me when my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was a time of crisis, and many of my family members felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. I was able to help guide her through appointments, ask the right questions, and prepare for the next steps in her care.

Even then, I saw how difficult it was to process information. Medical terminology can be complex, and during stressful moments, it’s even harder to absorb and truly understand what’s being said. Even now, years later, she still turns to me for help understanding lab results and ongoing updates in her care.

That experience reinforced what I already knew as a nurse: people don’t just need information, they need clarity.

I created Medical Clarity Co. to bridge that gap.

My goal is to take complex medical information—diagnoses, medications, and next steps—and break it down into clear, simple language so you can feel informed, confident, and supported in your care.
